Eligible Returns
Returns/replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
Return Conditions
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (images/videos) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Opened or damaged packaging due to customer handling
- Incorrect usage of product
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds/replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
