Eligible Returns

Returns/replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Return Conditions

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof (images/videos) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Opened or damaged packaging due to customer handling
  • Incorrect usage of product

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds/replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
